The following agreement is required by Korean law to collect your personal information that is necessary for the registration. Proceeding the registration is regarded that you agreed to all those conditions.

Scope of Collection of Personal Information

Personal Information required to register for the HIF 2018: Name, Job Position, Affiliation (Institute), Nationality, Email Address

Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The HIF 2018 Local Organizing Committee uses personal information collected through registration for excursion and banquet arrangement. Other than to satisfy a valid legal process (e.g. a warrant), no personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties without our asking your permission first.

Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

All the personal information collected through the HIF 2018 registration will be deleted right after the event.

Right to Refuse Consent & Consequence of Refusal

You reserve the right to refuse access to your personal information and identification information. However, if you refuse, you will not be considered as a participant for the HIF 2018.
